Raised in Charleston, JT has always had a passion for Lowcountry living. After earning his degree in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from Clemson University, he went on to complete a Master’s in Real Estate Development, gaining a strong foundation in business strategy, property investment, and development. After graduate school, JT returned home to Charleston and began working under one of the city’s top brokers. He brings fresh energy, local insight, and a results-driven mindset to every client relationship. Outside of real estate, JT fully embraces Charleston’s coastal lifestyle. An avid tennis player and golfer, he also heads to Isle of Palms or Folly Beach whenever the surf is up. He and his fiancée, Kaelin, love exploring the city’s diverse and ever-evolving food scene, and as a proud Clemson graduate, JT never misses a chance to cheer on the Tigers. He is also an active member of Restoration Church.
